Event Booking
Events are booked on a time available basis. We recommend that you reserve as early as possible. University Catering strives to accommodate all requests.

 

Guaranteed Event Detail
Ten days prior to the event guest count and event details are due. Deposit required for non-university related events. Final guaranteed guest counts on all events are due five days prior to your event. You will be billed for guaranteed numbers or number of guests served, whichever is greater.

Guaranteed Event Detail for DUX Express Menu Available for pick up, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Orders do not include paper products, linens, and tables for food or set-up. Client is responsible for all clean up, including appropriate recycling.

 

Delivery
On-campus locations are charged a $20.00 delivery fee. Off-campus fees are assessed by location.

 

Event Setup
Events requiring catering to deliver and set-up tables and chairs will be charged setup time plus a fee of $11.00 per table and $2.00 per chair.

 

China Service

 

Includes: Dinner plate, knife, fork, spoon, water glass and cloth napkin. Priced per person.

Servers
Servers are available with a three-hour minimum and are charged at $15.00 per hour from the start of the event until cleanup is complete. There is a 2-server minimum.

 

Leftovers
For health and liability reasons, all leftover food is property of University Catering.

Cancellations
Cancellations made within five business days of the event will be billed for any costs already incurred.

 

Alcoholic Beverages
Oregon Liquor Control Commission (OLCC) requires that alcohol be served by OLCC licensed servers and that substantial food is available during service. If at any time food is not available, alcohol service will discontinue.

Late Pickup

Recycling & Composting
Please contact Campus Recycling at 541-346-2354 or compost@uoregon.edu to request composting and recycling receptacles for your catered event (give at least a 2-week notice).
