Guidelines:
Make reservations directly by emailing or calling Jennifer Lang at (541) 346-2555. Please give 10 day notice for reservations, or 72 hours at the minimum.

When making a reservation, include what time you would like us to setup and event end time, or return room to classroom setup (such as the LLC Performance Hall). Include detailed setup explanations when reserving the Performance Hall, including what should stay and what should be taken out of the room. For example: extra chairs stacked against wall or removed from room. Note: no physical changes can be made in the classrooms or Bistro meeting rooms.

Reservations for LLC locations are accepted from University Housing only. Other groups must have prior authorization from Sandy Schoonover; email or call at (541) 346-2674.

Room reservations are for LLC Performance Hall and classrooms are available weekdays after 5 p.m., and on holidays and weekends. Reservations will be posted outside each room. Please be sensitive to other reservation times.

All additional AV equipment and technicians are to be reserved by the Event Sponsor through the EMU. Email Ryan Rugsby, or call at (541) 346-6288 to arrange details such as start time, end time, equipment needed, index for payment, etc. Requests must be made with the EMU by noon on the Thursday a week prior to your event.

Room Setup Styles

There are various configurations that are suited to the purpose of different meetings and meals. The styles shown are illustrations of the most commonly used arrangements, although variations to these arrangements may be needed to provide for improved "fit" and "flow" within the room.

Theater Style
This setup, using chairs only, provides the maximum capacity for each room and focuses the group on the presentation.

Classroom Style
This setup with tables and chairs provides a comfortable setting for longer periods of time and provides a better work surface for participant note taking.

U-Shaped Style
This style works well for a session that combines both presentation and some group interaction or discussion.

Conference Style
This style provides the maximum workspace and an excellent setting for group discussion. Larger groups may require a hollow square version of this table setting.

Most often appropriate for meals, this setting can also be used for small work groups.
