  Classic sliced turkey sandwich with Swiss cheese and crisp lettuce on a whole grain white bread.

• Ham and Cheddar Sandwich

  Classic sliced ham sandwich with sharp cheddar and lettuce on whole wheat bread.

• Tempeh "BLT" Sandwich - Vegan and Made Without Gluten
  A vegan "BLT" with tempeh "bacon" lettuce, tomato and a vegan peppercorn aioli on a made without gluten bun. Comes with a made without gluten strawberry lemon cookie, and piece of fruit.

• Caesar Salad

  Baby kale and romaine mix with grape tomatoes, parmesan cheese, seasoned croutons, and classic creamy Caesar dressing with lemon. Add roasted pulled chicken for an additional $3.00.

• Garden Salad

  Fresh romaine, lettuce mix, grape tomatoes, carrots, cucumber, and red onion, served with Italian dressing and croutons on the side. Add roasted pulled chicken for an additional $3.00.

• Pesto Roast Beef and Cheddar Sandwich 

  A sliced roast beef with pesto mayo, baby kale, tomato, white cheddar, and pickled onions, served on a ciabatta roll. Contains wheat, milk, egg, and soy. Cookie contains wheat, milk, egg, soy, and may contain trace amounts of tree nuts and and peanuts.

• Pesto Caprese Sandwich 

  A classic wonderful combination of fresh mozzarella, tomato, and pesto all on a ciabatta roll.

• Tofurkey and Vegan Cheddar 

  A vegan option. Tofurky, vegan cheddar, crisp lettuce, vegan mayonnaise, and mustard, served on ciabatta roll. Served with a house made, made without gluten and vegan snickerdoodle cookie.

• Autumn Kale Salad

  A hearty kale salad with candied walnuts, tangy blue cheese, and a maple buttermilk vinaigrette that brings together sweet and savory fall flavors. Add roasted pulled chicken for an additional $3.00.

• Orpheus Greek Salad

  A refreshing mix of romaine lettuce, pepperoncini, artichoke hearts, tomato wedges, cucumber, red onion, and kalamata olives. Topped with Greek yogurt and feta cheese for creaminess. Add roasted pulled chicken for an additional $3.00.
